| AL | Any other liquid（其他液劑）A liquid not yet designated by a special code, to be applied undiluted. |
| AP | Any other powder（其他粉劑）A powder not yet designated by a special code, to be applied undiluted. |
| BB | Block baitSpecial form of bait. |
| BR | BriquetteSolid block designed for controlled release of active ingredient into water. |
| CB | Bait concentrateA solid or liquid intended for dilution before use as a bait. |
| CF | Capsule suspension for seed treatmentA stable suspension of capsules in a fluid to be applied to the seed, either directly or after dilution. |
| CG | Encapsulated granule（膠囊粒劑）A granule with a protective or release-controlling coating. |
| CL | Contact liquid or gel（觸殺液劑）Rodenticidal or insecticidal formulation in the form of a liquid/gel for direct application, or after dilution in the case of gels. |

| DS | Powder for dry seed treatmentA powder for application in the dry state directly to the seed. |
| DT | Tablet for direct application（片劑）Formulation in the form of tablets to be applied individually and directly in the field, and/or bodies of water, without preparation of a spraying solution or dispersion.. |
| EC | Emulsifiable concentrate（乳劑）A liquid, homogeneous formulation to be applied as an emulsion after dilution in water. |
| ED | Electrochargeable liquid（荷電液劑）Special liquid formulation for electrostatic (electrodynamic) spraying. |
| EG | Emulsifiable granule（粒狀乳劑）A granule formulation to be applied as an oil-in-water emulsion of the active ingredient after disintegration in water, which may contain water insoluble formulants.. |

| TB | TabletPre-formed solids of uniform shape and dimensions, usually circular, with either flat or convex faces, the distance between faces being less than the diameter.Special forms of tablets: |
| TC | Technical material（原體）A material resulting from a manufacturing process comprising the active ingredient, together with associated impurities. This may contain small amounts of necessary additives. |
| TK | Technical concentrateA technical material either in solution or diluted with solid adjuvants for use only in the preparation of formulations. |

| UL | Ultra-low volume (ULV) liquid（超低容量液劑）A homogeneous liquid ready for use through ULV equipment. |
| VP | Vapour releasing product（蒸散劑）A formulated product containing one or more volatile ingredients, the vapours of which are released into the air. Evaporation rate is normally controlled by using suitable formulations and/or dispensers. |
| WG | Water dispersible granules（水分散性粒劑）A formulation consisting of granules to be applied after disintegration and dispersion in water. |
| WP | Wettable powder（可溼性粉劑）A powder formulation to be applied as a suspension after dispersion in water. |
| WS | Water dispersible powder for slurry seed treatmentA powder to be dispersed at high concentration in water before application as a slurry to the seed. |
| WT | Water dispersible tablet （水分散性片劑）Formulation in the form of tablets to be used individually, to form a dispersion of the active ingredient after disintegration in water. |
